Forum: "The Last Three Feet"

The Last Three Feet

New Media, New Approaches and New Challenges for American Public Diplomacy

Attend this half-day conference on November 3, where U.S. public diplomacy officials will describe public diplomacy from an overseas perspective. Two panels of veteran field officers will reflect on their direct experiences in explaining U.S. government policies and American society to audiences around the globe, reflecting on lessons learned in China, Afghanistan, and other critical countries and regions. It’s a rare look at strategic communication initiatives from the ground level: “the last three feet.”

November 3 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m
Jack Morton Auditorium, located at 805 21st Street NW
