Public Diplomacy Field Operations Come Alive in New Book

Bill Rugh, a Council member, former ambassador and professor at Tufts University has compiled and edited a book that portrays the public diplomacy we can't see in Washington. Under Rugh's direction, some sixteen researchers profile public diplomacy operations abroad, linking the work of embassies to current global issues.
